Cade Bencivenga

Cade Bencivenga is a Binghamton University alumnus who began his real estate career in 2020 while still in college. Starting as a leasing agent in the off-campus student housing market, he quickly distinguished himself and was promoted to leasing manager, overseeing leasing operations and team performance while gaining a strong foundation in market analysis and client relations.

During his time in Binghamton, Cade also developed hands-on experience in property management, working closely with day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and asset upkeep. This operational background gave him a well-rounded understanding of the full real estate lifecycle beyond transactions alone.

In the summer of 2023, Cade returned to his roots in Queens to build his career in New York City real estate. In the fall of 2023, he joined the Jener-Mendoza Team, one of NYC’s highest volume rental teams. Cade has worked on large-scale luxury new development projects and has closed over 300 deals, establishing himself as a high-volume, results-driven professional in one of the most competitive markets in the world.

Throughout his NYC career, Cade has collaborated with some of the city’s most respected real estate firms, including A&R Properties, BRP, Haussmann Development, Shorewood, Zara, and Davidson Equities. Working alongside these prominent developers has further strengthened his expertise in new development leasing, large-scale project execution, and delivering results at a high level.
